My high praise and appreciation to respiratory nurse/therapist MONICA, who out of compassion and challenge, came to my home during her lunch hour. I had been 6 frustrating months with another company. I received my Lincare device on a Friday with poor results each morning. Monica came on Monday and solved a problem that no one else (previous company) could figure out in half a year. Thank you, MONICA!
