The rep and I discussed the delivery arriving at my aunts home by 6:15 pm tonight, at 6:45 pm I called to check the status and was told the driver was in route, I asked what time he would arrive as neither of us had eaten, she said she would have him call when he got to a stopping point, when we went to leave to go get dinner at 7:10 pm we noticed the LinCare van. The driver was not very personable and he seemed irritated by having to be there. Very unpleasant experience!!!
