This company is the worst. As a nurse for many years I knew how bad they were to respond to needs . Now it is my turn..after switching coverage in 7/24 I have been distraught by their billing practices. I call every month and get told totally different information. Today their billing offshore representative hung up on me when I requested a supervisor.
