These people are EXTREMELY inept, difficult to understand and rude. We've given Medicare info 3 times and they said it doesn't exist. Medicare finally called Lincare saying it does exist. Our secondary insurance was not documented and billed saying overdue. When calling to straighten out the account, they were rude, talking over us, difficult to understand, so we called administration in Clearwater, FL. We explained we made 4 calls, were either disconnected and had over a 20 minute hold time each time. Administration said there was nothing they could do without a name. All calls are supposedly recorded, so why can they not check the rude customer service representative? NO HELP! All morning mainly on hold. I see why the company rates only 1.6 stars! I encourage all to Google options to Lincare near me. There are great options out there. It takes alot to frustrate us as this company has. I see why so many have been forced to call the BBB to get fair treatment and not be forced to overpay. They've also billed Medicare incorrectly to their benefit. We hope we don't need to use our lawyer we have on retainer.
