I really value a healthy and natural way to make my body and mind feel better and Linden botanicals hasn’t disappointed. I use the shields up kit the second I feel something come on or if I find myself around sick people for any reason and cistus or phyllanthus for general health. Love these teas, would recommend to anyone.
