“I have a kidney disease that causes stones. I have had 33 Kidney surgeries. An average of 2 a year. I started using Phyllanthus niruri 4 years ago and have not had a stone since. I've told other people about it who have Kinney problems and they say it works like a maricle.”

“Ordered Lyme products and Brain Booster. Received Cryptolepsis and it worked well. However, didn't receive Booster or a reply to several emails. Calling multiple times only resulted in automatic hangups w/ no voicemail option. Not sure what's going on over there as they've been known to be a reputable outfit. Had to get more cryptolepsis and it wasn't from them.”

Brian is 100% correct about this one. We dropped the ball not once but twice on his order. There was an inadvertent error in filling his order. We missed his e-mail pointing this out to us. We have subsequently offered to fulfill the missing item or process a refund. Please know that we have a 99.87 percent shipping accuracy history, and when we make a fulfillment mistake we usually correct it within hours of being aware of the error. We are extremely disappointed and sorry that Brian's issue went unnoticed for as long as it did. We are reviewing the processes that lead to the breakdown and will make changes to avoid a repetition.

“I am very pleased with the herbs that I have purchased from Linden Botanicals because I know that each herb is carefullly wildcrafted so that it is grown in the appropriate soil and climate. Then care is taken to handle the herb in a way that preserves potency. These things are vital to the healing properties of the herbs and I'm grateful for the expertise of this company.”

“I love this Cistus Incanus tea - not only is it delicious but it truly does keep mosquitoes from biting. I drink it every day and a few times I've been out with my family at dusk - they complained of being bitten to death and I did not get a single bite. I can't say if it similarly discourages tick bites, but I'm hoping it does!”

“Web ordering and shipping went very well. The product is packaged in an easy to use pouch. Seals well afer use to maintain freshness. Someone thought about doing it correctly. This was my first use of this product. I had a question on proper use and what to expect. I emailed and got an answer pretty quickly. Personal answer. Not automated or please read. Very nice. Doing products and business this professional way is a choice. Very happy with the product and their choice.”
