“Ordered Lyme products and Brain Booster. Received Cryptolepsis and it worked well. However, didn't receive Booster or a reply to several emails. Calling multiple times only resulted in automatic hangups w/ no voicemail option. Not sure what's going on over there as they've been known to be a reputable outfit. Had to get more cryptolepsis and it wasn't from them.”

Brian is 100% correct about this one. We dropped the ball not once but twice on his order. There was an inadvertent error in filling his order. We missed his e-mail pointing this out to us. We have subsequently offered to fulfill the missing item or process a refund. Please know that we have a 99.87 percent shipping accuracy history, and when we make a fulfillment mistake we usually correct it within hours of being aware of the error. We are extremely disappointed and sorry that Brian's issue went unnoticed for as long as it did. We are reviewing the processes that lead to the breakdown and will make changes to avoid a repetition.
