Excellent customer service! This is the only company I found that sells the cryptolepsis sanguinolenta tea instead of the tincture, which is what I wanted. I appreciate the transparency and the due diligence with third party testing to insure a pure product. I am on day 4 of drinking the tea, and definitely noticing some improvement and some Herxheimer's with my Lyme!
