My products are delivered quickly, and are as described. I have used Cryptolepis and chanca piedra. I also take other supplements. For this reason, I hesitate to say the products from Linden botanicals have made me feel less out of breath when walking up and down hills, but it could be! I have a history of tick borne disease and also kidney stones so those are the reasons for the Linden products I use.
