Complained that my duvet cover didn’t fit.
Was only offered a replacement, this also wouldn’t have fitted that’s the problem was the king-size didn’t fit my king-size feather the duvet (too big for it!). The person dealing with me said they would pass on my complaint to their manager and be in touch and they never got back to me. Very disappointed considering the amount of money this duvet cover cost me. I would never usually spend that amount put wanted to treat myself and it’s too big
