Avoid at All Costs – Great Products, But None xistent Customer Service Once You Have a Problem
I purchased multiple full sets of bedding and towels from this company — we're talking two or three of everything. At first, I was genuinely impressed. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, and customer service was very responsive while I was spending money.
But once you encounter a problem, it's a totally different story.
One of the fitted sheets began showing signs of unusual wear and deterioration — unlike any of the other sheets in the same batch. It’s not a rip or accidental damage; it's clearly defective. I sent them a polite email with a photo, expecting a basic acknowledgment or replacement. Nothing. I followed up a second time. No reply. Third time? Still ignored.
Today, out of frustration, I sent 20 separate emails. Not a single response. Not even an automated one.
The contrast is staggering: when you’re purchasing, they’re all over you. But once they have your money and you raise a valid concern — they vanish. No apology, no update, no refund, no replacement. Absolutely nothing.
Considering the amount I spent with them — this is shocking. It’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting. It shows exactly what kind of company you’re dealing with: one that loves your money but couldn’t care less about you afterward.
If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. No refund. No replacement. No customer service. Just silence.
I wanted to love this brand. I invested in them heavily. But they’ve made it crystal clear that loyalty is a one-way street.
Avoid them. You deserve better than to be ghosted by a company the moment you need support.
