Sheets were delivered in good time. However labels indicating short sides and long sides were missing from one of the fitted sheets - not a major deal since I wasn't expecting them anyway, but disappointing to know something has clearly gone awry in the production process. The fabric was not nearly as dense as I had hoped for in a 500 thread count, but has a silky feel. Personally I find the company's marketing material irritating - These sheets will not change my life. I don't need Lionel Richie to sing me "hello." But I do expect quality control to pick up missing labels. On balance I would not purchase from Linen Bundle again. Given there seems to be so much variation and it's impossible to know what 500 thread count actually feels like, in future I will check items out in a store before purchasing.
