I love the sheets, so soft and great to sleep in. Delivery and communication needs to be improved. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks after the order, so chased. Then most of the order arrived without pillow cases and I was told (when I emailed) that they came from another supplier. Then they arrived and the postage wasn't paid fully so I had to contact Royal Mail and pay. Linen Bundle's customer service team didn't reply to my last email. Once I had everything, I then received an email to say my order was on its way. Can recommend the product but my experience wasn't ideal overall.
