The linen is as soft and comfortable as described. I am also impressed by the way in which Sean from customer services dealt with a query from me. One of the sheets had a faulty seam. When I contacted Linen Bundle about this Sean responded immediately and asked for a photo. After I had supplied this he ordered another sheet to be sent straight away and told me just to keep the first sheet as an extra sheet. Altogether very satisfied with Linen Bundle and would definitely order again.
