Your delivery time was slow anyway, then the parcel couldn’t be delivered as it needed a signature. I contacted you and we agreed that you would tell the courier to leave in a safe place because I work all hours and can’t sign for parcels. The courier attempted delivery requiring signature - again, in spite of our arrangement - then, because I wasn’t in, returned the parcel to you. I didn’t even receive an apology from you! You need to arrange a better delivery service for your products. Extremely disappointed, particularly as I wanted those sheets a lot.
