I placed an order in December for one full set of bed linen which came with a free pair of white pillowcases. I received an email advising my full order was being delivered, but when I received the parcel it only included the free pillowcases. I had to chase twice for the remainder of my purchase to be delivered, which it was two weeks after the pillowcases were received.
