Appalling service. Ordered three items from Linens Limited several months ago. After several weeks I still hadn't received anything and chased. I then received various one-line emails (no apology) explaining my order had been sent when it later transpired it hadn't. After claiming the courier had lost not one but two packages I eventually received two of the three items I'd ordered. I'm still waiting for the 3rd to be dispatched and have had to escalate the issue to my card provider in order to get a refund. No responses to my recent emails. No contact numbers and non-existent customer service.
