ordered my items nealy 5 weeks ago anmd still waiting for delivery, the company staff say one thing and then say wrong information as staff are confused.....hermes lie and say they could not deliver even tough the tracking details dont agree.poor customer service and still awaiting delivery after 5 weeks of placing an order of £100
