The picture of the rug is nothing like what I received. The pattern is far from accurate and is of very poor quality (I have attached a picture of the actual item) I had to Return the rug at my own cost which was expensive. After requesting a refund countless times via email & numerous conversations with staff, I came to the conclusion I was being ignored. Over 2 weeks I have waited for a refund with no success. Amazon then intervened and refunded the amount owed. An Appalling service from a limited company, I can only advise to stay clear and avoid the stress and disappointment like I experienced.
