I ordered an item and been chasing them for nearly two weeks, people were meant to get back to me and didn't, blaming the courier.
At the end of the day they have took my money, if its an issue with the courier that's not my fault, they need to resend or refund! Shame really as the website looks really good, and the prices look great :o(
