I ordered some embossed teddy bedding for my customers unfortunately when they arrived the packaging containing the bedding had split . The bedding is usable but not the same look as in the pictures the pattern is barely there . I had to refund most of my customers and pay their postage fees. I had also tried other suppliers with the same bedding and the result was the same . So I feel it is more of a manufactured problem . I did not request a refund on my purchases because at the time I was far too busy . However the service from linens was good I would try them again as they probs use different suppliers for different sets . Sorry guys !
