Dreadful service & experience. Wish I’d gone into the detail of reviews before ordering & not just looked at top line! Have exactly same issues as many other dissatisfied reviewers on different review platforms. My experience is this
1/ haven’t received clear communication about orders or dispatch. Received a courier notification on Sunday 6th Sept. They still haven’t received the parcel from Linens Ltd. 9 days later. Received a tracking number & courier link yesterday. No tracking available.
2/ I queried expected dispatch last Friday & was told they’d get back to me. They didn’t.
3/ I haven’t received goods within timescale the company advised.
4/ I exercised my right to cancel following their cancellation policy prior to dispatch. They have refused.
5/ I told them not to send the order at all now as I wont be home to receive deliveries between 16th & 28th September. They are insisting it will be sent. They’ve told me to refuse delivery, send back & then they’ll refund it. Not the easiest way to deal with! Ive tried to explain that I will not accept responsibility for a delivery that I won’t be here to accept when I’ve tried to cancel the order for this reason.
6/ I have reported the issues to trading standards & asked my card issuer to start proceeds for a chargeback. Worst customer service ever.
