I have been renting for 10 years in this country but first time had a bad experience. Of course without doubt the staff at the Chapel Allerton branch are friendly and nice. But was surprised when I vacated the property and some amount of deposit was deducted for cleaning the Oven which was not used even a single time during my stay. Also deduction for cleaning freeze which was spotless. I must say this was the first time in 10 years that the deposit amount was deducted. Such an act is not expected from a company like this. Well, I am sure this review will not go on your site as you only add good feedback. But I will add all details on facebook and other social media platform.
