As usual LCS came through. I purchased my first try-tronics shock collar (pro 100) approximately 25 years ago it was still was working but I had to charge it every other day and I could not get batteries for the transmitter or receiver. I purchased a new Garmin Tritronics 550 I have no regrets it has more features than my previous collar I definitely would recommend the 550.
