“Can't say enough good things about how Mike helped me with my Garmin Pro 550 which had seen better days. After talking me through a battery change which worked for a few days before the collar completely shut down, he had me ship the collar and agreed it was done. He gave me a few dollars on a trade in and refunded me on the battery.”

“Gotta be honest I don’t normally write anything positive. Most don’t. It’s just human nature but Lion Country Supply has absolutely stepped up in a super timely manner, to rectify an issue that had nothing to do with them. I’ll be looking to them first from now on. “Every time I have trouble with my electric collars fir my dogs I call your customer service line. Over the years the gentleman in that department could not be nor knowledgeable,professional,and helpful. On occasion they have determined I needed a new battery or I purchased the wrong battery and have patiently helped me install it over the phone. They are 5 star helpful fir everything!”
