“I bought the training pistol that uses shotgun primers not for dog training, but for use in a starting pistol for Track and Field events, as shotgun primers are 10x cheaper to use than 32 cal blanks. We used the gun for the first time last week and we had about 25% of the primers go off too soft (quiet) to trigger the start timer or for the runners to hear. I'm not sure if it was the primers of the gun firing pin not hitting the primer hard enough. I am going to buy another set of shotgun primers and just go through the entire flat (~100) and see if what the issue was. Stand by and I will let you know. -Paul Lind”

“Can't say enough good things about how Mike helped me with my Garmin Pro 550 which had seen better days. After talking me through a battery change which worked for a few days before the collar completely shut down, he had me ship the collar and agreed it was done. He gave me a few dollars on a trade in and refunded me on the battery.”
