“The level of service and courtesy was excellent, the gentleman (Randy) that answered my call and helped me with my order was polite and knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing, he also made sure the order would arrive in a timely manner as I was in the area only for a few days. Extremely happy with the level of service and the product itself.”

“LCS is a great outlet for all you bird dog needs. I have been a long time customer. This past order was the only time I have experienced trouble with an order (I received an add on e collar instead of the complete unit with collar and transmitter). With a simple phone call, they sent the correct order out and even offered to overnight for free. That’s how you handle mistakes! Thanks again!!”
