“Although I am thrilled with the addition of a beep/tone feature in addition to the buzzer, the handheld is definitely a step backwards from the older ProSport model. The concave shape of the face makes it difficult with larger hands. And the labeling of the settings wheel, in addition to the buttons, is very hard to see without cheater glasses. All they needed to do was keep the old setup then add a tone button. I’m quite disappointed, but this was the only unit offering Buzz(I use for recall) and Tone ( replacing the whistle for sit). Hey Garmin, sometimes reinventing the wheel really isn’t necessary….”

“Bought the 22 cal "training" pistol ($40.00) I use it as a Starter's gun for Track and Field. Up to 60 rounds over 5 hrs. After about 400 rounds, it started misfiring regularly. 1-2 rounds per cylinder load. At $40.00 i guess that's not bad. Just going to buy a new one.”

“The product seems great however it rubs the armpit/chest area of my dog and leave it raw and sore after wearing it. We are trying to adjust how we have it fitted to see if that can help prevent the aggravation it causes:”

“Overall decent for the price, I ordered 2 and both won’t stay set without having to adjust the locking mechanism. You can set them, put the safety pin in and they both will go off instantly as soon as you let go of the arms. You would hope that for 100$ a piece that they would work out of the box”

“I am happy with the products and the service provided by LCS, however, I must admit it was a costly endeavor. Being in Canada, shipping was costly but, to their credit, they advised me ahead of time to that cost and I agreed. But where it got bad was when the products were held up at the border and I had to pay to release them plus additional duties. I was surprised this brokerage fell upon me. In the end, I spent an awful lot of money for a leash+.”

“You're big bundle of Cedar chips for the dogs kennel yoused to be a lot bigger than it is now I could fill up her kennel twice now I can barely do it once.. Seems as if corporate America is hell-bent on ripping off the American public. I've been buying your product for years I've noticed the steady decline in the amount of Cedar”

“Went on the web site and saw the ad for orange Ruffland Kennel's. Made it look like they were in stock. Drove to the store and none in stock.”

“Customer service was great, love the product. I live in Canada and paid extra for shipping then recieved an additional bill from FedEx for $79 for duties that I was not informed about at any stage of the ordering process despite multiple calls. All in the shipping and duties were almost the same price as the product. Likely won't be ordering anything else.”

“The collars I purchased are nice quality but the name tags were stamped so lightly I can barely read them so l'm going to remove the tags and have Wilkins outdoors stamp me new ones that I can read”

“My second one from Lion Country Supply. Good Value on Launcher/Receiver, Transmitter not very rugged, battery compartment lid keeps popping off and you have to press buttons dead center to work properly. Should not be so finicky or require duct tape on a new $100+ item.”
