Customer service was great, love the product. I live in Canada and paid extra for shipping then recieved an additional bill from FedEx for $79 for duties that I was not informed about at any stage of the ordering process despite multiple calls. All in the shipping and duties were almost the same price as the product. Likely won't be ordering anything else.
