“I have always rated your services very highly, however as an overseas customer I now find that my payment is automatically blocked. This is a great shame so I will need to go to another supplier.”

“Service was good. Ordered a second brush protector for my dog. First one lasted a season. Second on is on track to be replaced next season also. Ordered the one with wider straps also. This seems to be holding up better. OK vest for an OK price.”

“Ordered a Winger Zinger which I knew was out of stock and was told would ship in 2 - 4 weeks. At 4-week mark I called to check on status, and was clearly given the impression by staff that I shouldn't expect it for a while yet. A week later I got a shipped notification, but absolutely no movement for 5 - 6 days so I called back. Staff did not seem interested really in checking on the matter. First time I've ordered from LCS that I wasn't really satisfied.”
