I have been buying for LCS for over 10 years, recently, the staff and service is different. Call it Covid, supplies, stock or shipping. I do not feel as comfortable asking questions and getting answers, I feel like I am bothering anyone I talk to. I know the business was sold some time ago and the world is different but I feel improvement is needed. LCS has great range of items, fair prices but the service and support has gone downhill.
