Service was good but product sucked. Bought a starter pistol for training dog. Spent very little (40 ish)so not surprised how low quality it was. After three uses so difficult to use I threw it away and bought another from gun dog supply. $$$ 100s that I was trying to avoid spending but it is so much better quality. I should of known I had to spend more to get what I wanted. Oh well live n learn

Purchased a starter pistol and it was unusable! The Action was so stiff one couldn't even pull the trigger. Sent it back. They did refund the purchased price but not the return cost. I can not in good faith use Lion Country in the future. Bad product!

Service was great. Pricing was good. But the quality of the starter pistol was junk. Pulled it out and it fell apart chamber spring etc. put it back together, seemed in good condition, went out shot 4 shots from it before the handle snapped apart and the firing spring shot out. Handle pieces not repairable. So not the greatest experience.

Far from the company they once were Last time.i tried to order some CK cords with Bowline knots they refused said they didn't do that anymore insisted rope clamps were better They discontinued the very best honor/ backing training tool that we as pros needed badly and as they wore out they discontinued the product No longer a fan once was my go to source for most everything bird dogs

Very disappointed with Lion Country. How can you not keep the remote available for your own bird thrower. Very poor customer service.

LCS used to have good in store hours and fantastic customer service. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t visit the store on a Saturday to shop because there are no longer Saturday hours. I ordered online and a few days later I got a tracking message that my package had been attempted to be delivered and was available for pick up at the post office. When I called customer service I was told they couldn’t help me and I would have to pick my package up at the post office. When I expressed my displeasure I was told there was nothing they could do and they tell customers this all the time. After finally getting in touch with the post office they put the package out for delivery the next day. The products are great but customer has suffered.

I have a 65+ pound GSP with a deep chest. It is difficult finding a vest that fits him decent around the chest. This vest fit him around the chest but just barely. The material on the chest seems very durable and protected him well. The rest of the vest also seems durable as well. The buckles on the other hand is a different story. The straps that hold the female end of the buckle have torn off after hunting the dog in the field less than 10 times. We have hunted some thicker country including cattails. I had high hopes for this vest as I felt that the material would protect the dog and did. However, I am going to have to figure out a way to see the buckles back on before it made it through one hunting season.

Lousy hours for a working person. I guess online business is more important than local customers. Its hard to support a local business when they dont have extended hours at least one day a week.

Your not maintaining the customer satisfaction I have enjoyed over the years. You’ve changed some things since ownership has changed. One major point is the catalogs. I know I’ve been told several times it’s not cost efficient. Check your sales records , look at the ages and other logistics of your purchasers. Your website is not user friendly. Many items I had trouble finding each time. I think web and paper are a good answer. Best of luck to you.

This is not the same Lion Country that I have been ordering my dog equipment from for years. Customer service is slow and I received someone else's package originally. The pans I ordered, which used to be a big 18" pan, are now a small 11" pan for the same price that cannot be used for litters of large gun dog puppies. You used to run some very nice specials on a wide variety of items, now it seems you put the same dozen or so items on sale at a minimal markdown. I want the old Lion Country back.

Dog collars are not the size noted on the website. Please note ACTUAL length on your item listing. Suggesting that customer can cut the collar and add more holes is not a reasonable resolution.

The collar I ordered came rusty. I paid a good price for it too. Shipping was also delayed.
