Your not maintaining the customer satisfaction I have enjoyed over the years. You’ve changed some things since ownership has changed. One major point is the catalogs. I know I’ve been told several times it’s not cost efficient. Check your sales records , look at the ages and other logistics of your purchasers. Your website is not user friendly. Many items I had trouble finding each time. I think web and paper are a good answer. Best of luck to you.
