“GREAT customer service. I lost a garmin handheld hunting. The agent advised me on my options, I decided to go with an entire new unit as mine was almost 3 years old. Then offered me $40 for the old collar unit as trade-in. I mailed it back and they called me that day to let me know the $40 was on my credit card.”
