I've been using LCS for 30 years. Had a small problem with a shotshell leather collar, but LCS sent a new one. No problem! When you find a reputable company stick with them. My first e-coller lasted 30 years hope the new one gives me comparable use,their chaps,whistles, bells etc are top notch.
