First, the product offering (availability, selection, and knowledge) and the pricing was excellent. I ended-up ordering two different parts at two different times for the same dog collar system. There was a mistake in one of the items shipped, that happens. I had fantastic customer service when I called and explained my situation! They resolved it immediately ... I had a great customer service experience! For those reasons: product offering, good pricing, and customer service ... I will continue to buy from Lion Country Supply and I have already recommended to others.
