A great company with quality dog training supplies. I rate them 4/5. Some of the products like collars with pre printed pet names and phone numbers are either discontinued or hard to find on their website. I prefer them over the brass engraved plate because the rivets can scratch my dogs neck and the plates fall off eventually.
