We had a slight bump with our unit shortly after it arrived. I emailed Lion Country about the issue. They responded within the day and was working on a solution to help us. Although we haven't gotten to use our whelping nest yet, we are very pleased with the quality of the product as well as quick help we received from customer service. I can't wait to use this unit with our next litter of puppies. 😊
