The only issue I've ever had with Lion Country Supply was with the 2 leather collars I recently purchased. The brass name plates had my name and city mispelled. On the upside, once contacted, they quickly sent me 2 new collars and shipping lables to return the 1st 2. I've purchased items form Lion Country for many years and this was the first problem ever and it was not significant. The phone number was correct and that was the most important info on the collars.
