Your name platers on your collars just about cost me a dog, in 6 short months the plate was stamped so lightly it was unreadable. Two of my 8 dogs got out and went on an excursion the people that found them guessed right at the number and I was contacted. I complained by email and was assured management or someone at LCS would contact me months ago and never happened. I have swore your comapny off and will unsubscribe to your emails. Gregg Werger
