Lion have been so helpful throughout the process. I never felt like I was a nuisance asking question after question (some probably stupid ones!)
I cannot thank Kathleen in particular enough. She always put me at ease and had no problem answering my phonecalls (even 5 minutes before she was due to go home). Entirely efficient and most importantly a pleasure to deal with. I've heard a lot of people say mortgage protection is the thing that slows you down - it was honestly the easiest part of the journey for us thanks to Kathleen.
