I was availing of mortgage life insurance from the bank who provided my mortgage. Despite me following up for a number of weeks, I did not receive any return message from that bank until they told me about ten days before purchase that they were unable to provide cover. I contacted Lion the next day and they very quickly organized cover for me, responded to all my worried emails, and essentially provided the service that was so sorely lacking from my bank.
