Hannah was brilliant to deal with in organising a mortgage protection policy for a first time home buyer here! She was very efficient, would reply within minutes of a query and had the application updated. When all was ready to go she had it finalised and processed straight away. It was nice to deal with the same person, unlike other companies where you are dealing with a different staff each time.
