My experience dealing with Hannah and Nick from Lion could not have been more different from my experience dealing with our bank's broker who took up literally hours of time, upsold other non-critical policies constantly, didn't listen, and then got snarky when we told him we weren't happy with what the insurer was asking from us. In stark contrast, Hannah and Nick were on the ball, understood exactly what I needed, gave me exactly what I asked for at a really good price, and even when I messed them around a fair bit with dates and timing and changes, remained helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be going back to them for other insurance that we'll need, soon.
