I was delighted with the service provided by Nick and Richie. I needed mortgage protection and had a medical condition. After filling in the online form, Nick replied very quickly (even though it was between Christmas and New Years). Richie advised me on mortgage protection and within a few days it was sorted. He was very prompt in responding to any emails with any questions i had. Mortgages are complicated but thankfully Richie and Nick made what could have been another headache effortless. Overall great service. Thanks Richie.
