I applied for Mortgage protection insurance and during the application process mentioned everything that I could think of, however this prompted many questions and further clarifications to be asked from the insurer.
Richard did a spectacular job getting the insurance with as little hassle and he went far and beyond what I expected to get it over the line.
This shows a customer centered mindset in an industry that seems to be very set on making you feel like just a number.
