Some brokers give you an overview of the product and speak technical terms to you which you pretend to understand, but don't!!
John didn't! He was very patient and explained everything to me in simple terms that i could understant. He also told me about inheritance tax which other brokers didn't. He went through different scenarios and was always available for any questions I had. Would highly recommend Lion.
