I am totally satisfied with Lion.ie as they are transparent and keep their promises. John Hourigan took care of my insurance application: he was very thorough and responsive. Because we were over 50 and had some health issues, we were also working with the bank insurance broker to compare quotes or even request a waiver if denied. Through the process I could see the lack of responsiveness from the bank’s broker side, so I eventually went with Royal London quote offered by Lion.ie even if it was a few € more expensive because it had a better overall customer service and the conditions to change the policy from smoker to non smoker were transparent and clarified by Lion, so we can save some money in the future.
