Hi Nick, It was a absolute pleasure dealing with Richard (Ritchie). I started this process with him a few months ago after hearing about yours company from Lisa. Both my husband and myself have pre exisitng medical condition so we knew it was not going to be easy for us to get Mortgage Protection. Richard was very pateint and helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately at the time the sale fell through. I rang him on Monday in a state of panic as we were trying to sort our Protection out immediately. Low and behold he can though for us and got everything sorted for us withing the week.
