I'd been told that getting life assurance through a broker may take extra time and that going with the bank's product would be seamless. However, we went with Lion who not only got us a better price for a comparable product, but also went above and beyond to ensure that our mortgage draw down was on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
