Amy has looked after us very well. Sorting out our policy was a bit awkward, we needed extra information, but she kept us informed, explained everything clearly, and regularly checked in with us throughout the process. I don't even want to think about the headache it would have been to do this ourselves! Amy's pleasant attitude and friendliness made it a simple and positive experience for us.
